Advantages:

Расположение, магазины и прочие нужные вещи для комфортности рядом и проблем с этим Нету. Тихий спокойный район. Посуда чистая, постельное белье , полотенце и прочие удобства - без проблем. Наличие электрокамина добавляет уюта. Хозяин без проблем встретил, вселил , все показал и рассказал. Был всегда на связи и по любым вопросам был готов помочь с ответом. В остальном жалоб и какого-то негатива не встретилось
