Advantages:

Квартира полностью соответствует фото. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Полотенца, ванные принадлежности в наличии. Плазменный телевизор с кабельными каналами! Вокзал в 3 минутах ходьбы. Единственный для меня недостаток -это переход через наземный переход.., не очень удобно с большими чемоданами)
