Advantages:

Квартира хорошая, хозяйка отзывчивая и адекватная с парковкой всё в порядке Единственное, что посоветовал бы - поставить москитные сетки на окна/балконы. Ночью залетели парочка комаров и мешали спать. А так всё отлично.
