Квартира-студия со свежим ремонтом. Есть все для вашего удобства. Очень удачная локация рядом 3 торговых центра, рестораны и магазины в пешей доступности. Аэропорт в 15 минутах езды, через мост центр города. пешком 20 минут на авто 7 мин. Прошу обратить внимание мы очень рады порядочным гостям, для командировочных у нас есть отчётные документы, туристам расскажем где лучше погулять в Омске. Романтическую встречу тоже приветствуем, но крайне отрицательно относимся к гостям которые желают устроить гулянки или не уважительно планируют вести себя в квартире. Поэтому у нас ради спокойствия жителей дома весит на входной двери камера в подъезде , прошу это учесть при съёме квартиры! Ждем вас в гости !
