Квартира расположена в удобной локации, в центре левого берега, но при этом место тихое и спокойное. Рядом находится парк 300 лет ВЛКСМ, Мега, автовокзал и аэропорт в 10 минутах на авто. Развитая инфраструктура. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: холодильник, водонагреватель, фен, утюг, smart-телевизор, wi-fi , микроволновая печь, плита, средства гигиены и т. д.
