Проживанием я вполне доволен, претензий не имею. Собственник предложил другую квартиру, и тк в неё можно было заселиться раньше по времени, я согласился

Disadvantages:

В предложенной квартире не хватило столовых приборов (или я их не нашёл), ложки для обуви и мыльницы. Вроде бы мелочи, но именно из таких мелочей и складывается общее впечатление.
