Только местоположение.

Disadvantages:

Постельное белье не поглажено, электрочайник сломан, лампочки в холодильнике нет, вода в бачок унитаза еле набирается, душевая кабинка грязная. Фотография не соответствует фактическому состоянию квартиры. Старая потрепанная мебель.
